VYPE OKLAHOMA (TMG) PARTNERS WITH THE OSSAA IN AN EXCLUSIVE MULTI-MEDIA RIGHTS AGREEMENT
Oklahoma City, OK (11/6/2019) – VYPE Oklahoma (TMG) partners with the OSSAA in an exclusive multi-media rights agreement for properties.
The new agreement includes all OSSAA Properties for corporate partnerships and sponsorships and begins January 1st, 2020.
Starting in 2020, VYPE Oklahoma (Trinity Media Group) and the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association have entered into a long-term agreement for VYPE Oklahoma to obtain the exclusive multi-media rights for the OSSAA.
“We have worked on this initiative for a long time and we are thankful to get it done,” said VYPE Oklahoma Publisher and CEO Austin Chadwick. “We have partnered with the OSSAA on state competition event programs for the last eight years, and now we will be able to work with the great leadership of the association on all OSSAA media rights.”
The deal includes any and all corporate partnerships and sponsorships with all OSSAA media properties. “With our VYPE Oklahoma online and print models, we reach readers and sponsors across the entire state of Oklahoma,” said Chadwick. “Now we have the opportunity to take the properties of the OSSAA to a whole new level.”
The OSSAA has been in existence since 1911 and has served the member schools of Oklahoma as the state’s association.
“Our corporate partners allow us to achieve our mission in supporting high school students and athletes across the state of Oklahoma,” said David Jackson, OSSAA Executive Director. “Their support provides crucial funding for all of our programs. We are proud to work with VYPE to enhance those corporate partnerships.”
The agreement includes multi-media rights in game/event promotions, game/event broadcasts, radio PSAs, program material and web properties. “By far, more people attend OSSAA events throughout the year than any other events in Oklahoma, sporting or otherwise,” said Chadwick. “We will work to present the massive audience of the OSSAA to corporate partners as a great way to brand their business and initiatives.”
For 15 years VYPE Oklahoma has built itself into the largest content-generating high school sports media outlet in the state of Oklahoma. With over 4,000 stories and features on athletes, coaches and schools annually, and over 250 sponsors statewide, VYPE Oklahoma has the furthest and deepest reach in content and sponsorships in the state of Oklahoma.
