OFFENSE
Coach Messner’s Ironmen will be running a pistol formation offensively this year and are expecting the team to change the way it plays as one with a lot of physicality and the sense of urgency it must play with at all time to win and be successful.
DEFENSE
Defensively, look for Nowata to come out in a 4-3 formation. According to Messner, “We have a great group of young men that are working hard to develop their identity and to come together as a cohesive unit. We are looking forward to what this season holds and what type of team we are going to develop into. “
